Alma Da Onda will ship orders at the delivery address indicated by the user when ordering by standard mail or Colissimo, according to the choice made by the Customer.
Delivery will be made only in the countries listed in the pop-up menu on the Site. Delivery outside European Union made by DPA (Delivery At Place), Alma Da Onda will be deemed having delivered as soon as the goods are made available to the Customer at the agreed place of destination. Alma Da Onda bears the risks associated with the shipment to the place of destination.
Alma Da Onda offers free Colissimo shipping for any order in Metropolitan France. You won’t need to enter any special codes; the shipping fee will automatically show as 0€ when you place your order.

Export formalities are made by Alma Da Onda but Alma Da Onda has no obligation regarding customs formalities, as well as custom duties or any other taxes, for import.
Every orders placed on www.almadaonda.com are treated from Monday to Friday (except holiday days). We do all that we can to handle and send them as soon as possible. You can take into account the deadlines indicated below, from the moment you will receive teh e-mail of shipping confirmation.

In the third unsuccessful passage of the carrier, the cost of the expenses of return will be imputed ti the buyer in deduction of it’s refund. The address which you transmitted for the reception of your purchase cannot be modified during the delivery.

Alma Da Onda has a 14 days return policy : any unwanted Items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
Returning your purchase :
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number, if it is an exchange or a return, the reference of the wanted product in case of an exchange, the reasons for the exchange or return.
In case of an exchange, you will receive your return label by mail. In case of a return, you are responsible for shipping costs and you must ship the item(s) by Colissimo with required signature to

Purchased items are exchangeable only into a different model, size and color. All exchanges are based on stock avaibility and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.almadaonda.com
Return with refund
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. We allow 14 days to issue a refund.
Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you wearing the goods more than necessary.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition exactly as you received them, with tag, protection and seal still attached. If an item received is qualified as defective or was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt : email@example.com
Our policy above applies during the sales period with the exception that Alma Da Onda will not allow exchanges.
The items returned used or incomplete (particularly, in case of missing accessories), worn, damaged, deteriorated, without protection or soiled by the Customer will not be refunded.
